Do you offer alterations for men and women?

Yes we do. We offer the same services for men and women.

Do you have female tailors?

For your convenience, all our branches have both male and female tailors to pin and to advise you on the best alteration for your garment.

Do you have changing rooms?

Yes we have changing rooms in all our branches.

How long will the alteration take?

This is reliant on how complex the alteration is. However, we strive to give you back your garments within 3 days, some of our branches are busier than others and might take a bit longer.

Do you offer a same day service?

Yes we provide a 1-hour Express Service for simple alterations and a 24-hour service for more complex alterations at all our locations. However, during busy periods or if our branch is overbooked, the completion time may be extended to within 24 hours. Please be aware that our Express Service incurs an additional 50% charge.

Do you offer pick up or delivery back service?

We offer a delivery back service via courier anywhere in the UAE for a fee of 25 AED. Simply visit a branch or contact the branch where you left your items, and they will arrange for your garments to be sent back. You will receive a payment link for the courier charge. Please note that pick-up only service is unavailable, but we do provide a home service option.
